Year 3 Roman Dig

We are archaeologists!

Year 3 had a fantastic afternoon becoming fully fledged archaeologists! We excavated some of the ground in one of the school's quads and found lots of interesting artefacts! We found pottery, bones, clay, stone and lots of pieces of a Roman mosaic.
