Year 3 (Class 9) - Music - Chord Practice
Today we practiced our C chord, A chord, F chord and G chord. We strummed rhythms for others to repeat.
Then we practiced the different chords in pieces of music strumming in time.

Class 16 have been working hard this half term to practice and perform The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air with recorders.

Well done class 17 for working so hard on our new song this half-term: Freedom is Coming.
The boys did an excellent job of leading us, and the girls excellently followed a choral echo.

Year 4 (Class 11) - Music - Band Assembly
The children in year 3/4 have been lucky enough to have another musical experience.
This time the band that came played songs from Eastern Europe and sang songs in different languages. The children joined in with the chorus’ and clapped along enthusiastically.

Year 4 (Class 11) - Music Workshop
Class 11 have enjoyed taking part in a music workshop run by a group called Maia.
The children had to warm up there bodies, take part in writing a sea shanty, make music using their feet and chill out listening to the sound of the rain and waves made by instruments.
They all had a great time…
