Year 2 (Class 6) - PSHE - Neurodiversity Day

Class 6 really enjoyed neurodiversity day. They learnt what neurodiversity is, all the famous neurodiverse people and what helped make them so successful and the challenges they faced. 

We then thought about what we were good at and what we found difficult. The children took part in a ten minute sponsored silence where they found other ways to communicate and created their very own flags to celebrate the day. 

We also learnt some Makaton to 5 little speckled frogs to aid with communication and watched a video called Loop.
