The children thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Lotherton Hall, where they experienced what it was like to be an evacuee for the day.
They learned how to dress wounds, as well as how to decipher and send messages using Morse code. The children were fascinated by the opportunity to look at and handle genuine World War II artefacts.
They also enjoyed exploring the grounds, seeing the animals, and having lots of fun in the playground.
