IMPORTANT NOTICE - Weather Forecast

The weather forecast says there is a possibility of snow. We do everything in our power to keep the school open. This does of course present a few challenges:
 
1. We have to make the site safe and accessible for families and staff.

2. We have to ensure we have the correct staff/pupil ratios. We have a number of staff who drive quite far to come to work and as the nation goes into panic when snow falls, we often have a large number of staff stuck in huge traffic jams despite setting off for work really early.

3. We have to ensure the school has a member of the safeguarding team on site and a number of people who hold a first aid qualification to keep children safe at school.
 
We are expecting to open as normal tomorrow but please keep checking for our messages/emails and our website/social media. If we need to close/open late, we will let you know as soon as we can. If not please come to school as usual and take care.
