Nursery - Night Monkey Day Monkey

The children have loved discussing our story - 'Night Monkey, Day Monkey'.

Some decided that they would like to stay up all night to see the fireflies and here the chorus of frogs and others thought it was funny that beautifies were called decorated moths. They were all pleased that the monkeys were able to continue to meet and catch up at dawn to share a banana. 

We have used lots of tin foil this week, we have painted on it, we have painted with it, we have cut it, squeezed it, flattened it, straightened it and stuck with it.

We have made stars and moons using it which are decorating our new book area.
