Reception - Class 1 - Week 4

Week 4 saw the beginning of the World Cup and all of us in class 1 wanted to show our support for England. We decorated the classroom with flags, bunting and even had a little mini football pitch to play with. 

Mrs Wainwright allowed us to have the England game on our boards while we were playing in provision and it was so lovely to be able to cheer the team on together. 
Jackson enjoyed taking all the pictures on my iPad and even snapped a few selfies! 

Week 4 also saw us learning about 4 and 5 in maths. We made a birthday cake for Kipper after reading his birthday story, ensuring we had 5 candles on the top. We made posters showing different representations of 4 and 5. 

Finally we celebrating Jackson turning 5! And well done to Tyler who won our Head Teacher's Award this week.
