Year 5 (Class 14) - P.E - Cricket in the Classroom

Class 14 had an amazing day at Headingley Stadium for Cricket in the classroom:

At the start of the day, children took part in a practical session practising cricket skills: batting, bowling and fielding. Children finished with a game of Kwik Cricket!

Children then took part in a classroom session in the Emerald Stand.

The final part of the day was a guided tour of the stadium, which the children loved! There were many interesting questions asked and the behaviour of the children throughout the day was exemplary!

Mr Needham, who accompanied the class on the trip, was very impressed!
