Class 13 have been learning about the circulatory system and how the heart works to pump blood around the body. As part of their learning, they dissected a lamb’s heart, carefully examining the four different chambers and the blood vessels connected to it.
This hands-on experience helped them to understand the structure of the heart and the important role it plays in keeping the body healthy.
