Reception (Class 1) - School Library Visit
Class 1 loved their first visit to the Library!
There were so many lovely books to look at, we could have stayed there all day!
The children are looking forward to take a book home soon in the near future.

Year 4 (Class 11) - English - Our School Library
Class 11 enjoyed their first trip to the library. They were able to choose either a book to suit their reading abilities which, some, will be able to take home and enjoy.

Reception (Class 1) - Phonics
Week 3 in reception saw the start of phonics!
The children have worked so hard to learn our first new sounds, spotting them in their reading books and practicing writing them.

Year 2 (Class 7) - English - Author Visit
Year 2 had an author visit. They listened to a twisted fairy tale by Bethan Woollvin, learnt about the process of writing and illustrating a book and learnt how to draw the characters.
We will be continuing to do work on her version of Rapunzel in class.

Year 4 (Class 10) - World Book Day
