Today in maths we worked in pairs to practice flexible partitioning using dienes.

Year 3 - Class 10 - Music (Ukuleles)
Year 3 have had a fabulous time learning the ukuleles for the first time!
We learned how to hold the ukulele and copied some patterns back. We had a great time and we can’t wait for next week!

Year 3 have started learning French for the first time.
We learned how to say “Hello” and how to say “My name is”. We also got our login details for our Duolingo accounts so that we can practise at home.

Year 3 (Class 9) - Science - Pitch
Today we started our new science topic on sound by investigating how size of the instrument effects the pitch.
We also experimented by feeling the different vibrations made by the instruments.
