Class 16 discussed worries that children and adults have and how they might manage these worries.  

Children identified different types of worries and positioned them on timelines.  

Class 12 have been researching various types of sea life and the impact that plastic pollution has on it, as part of a topic on the artist Angela Hastletine Pozzi.

This week in PSHE class 12 have been discussing good and bad mental and physical help.

Year 2 have been learning about the Great Fire of London. 

We talked about what we would see, hear, smell, taste and feel if we were there. 

In groups, the children wrote a poem about the fire and their five senses.

Year 2 have started their new topic 'Living things and their habitats' in Science. 

We went on a hunt around the playground looking for things that are living, used to be alive and never been alive.

Today in science we used data loggers to test how reflective different materials are. 

We worked in groups to make predictions and carefully test each material. 

After analysing our results we used what we had learned to design book bags with reflective strips.

During our Times Tables lesson we had a team game of hit the button the team with the most correct answers in 2 minutes won superstars. 

Everyone tried their best and were encouraged by their teams.
