Last week class 12 had a fantastic time at Leeds City Museum.
In the morning, the children explored the museum and took the opportunity to dress up in some of the old clothes. In the afternoon, the children took part in an Egyptian workshop and learnt how to prepare a mummy.

In art, class 6 are learning all about Lucy Poskitt this half term. We are going to be dying material and using it to weave a seaside scene.

Class 17 really enjoyed their first aid session.
They learnt what to do if they come across someone choking and practiced on 'Annie'.

This we have loved making fruit kebabs, the children (with help) chopped the fruit and put them on the kebab sticks.
It was a fun experience for some children to try fruit that they haven't tried before.
