Year 5 (Class 14) - English - Relative Clauses
Class 14 worked in table groups to form expanded sentences using relative clauses, coordinating and subordinating conjunctions.
This is in practice for writing their biographies next week.

Year 5 (Class 12) - English - Story Time
Mr Needham took Class 12 to the library to read them a story (George’s Marvelous Medicine).
He brought with him Grandmas salad and the medicine that George made for her.
The children loved listening to him read and really enjoyed the story.

They performed their speeches at the end of the week.

Class 3 and 4 have been learning all about Bonfire Night this week in English.
We talked about the different things we can see on Bonfire Night and then wrote a class poem about these things. We then performed our poems to each other.
