This week in English we have been learning about exclamation marks.
We have been adding the correct punctuation to the sentences and then using different tones of voice to read the sentences.

Class 7 and year 2 really enjoyed pirate day.
They created and decorated hats and eye patches, went on a treasure hunt and shared their pirate riddles.

Nursery - Book Bus Trip
The children really enjoyed their first trip to the bus. We went to the upper level and listened to stories.
After that we had time to explore the vehicle and look at the books. We are very proud of our children who walked sensibly to the bus and back.

A lovely afternoon in the library for class 14, where Mr Waters read us a story all about Harriet Tubman.
Harriet’s story shows us how strong she was and why she inspired so many people to stop slavery.
