As part of World Environment Day class 13 have re-used string and magazines to make jewellery. Take a look….

Class 13 received a visit from pupil parliament who delivered a presentation on the importance of World Environment Day and highlighted the importance of saving our planet.

Class 13 kicked off World Environment Day completing a carbon footprint questionnaire. 

They then assessed their carbon footprint and came up with a plan to reduce it!

Class 13 have had fun identifying England’s National Parks from their geological features using maps.

Here are class 13 discussing what they agree and disagree on from Ancient Greece using talk tokens. 

This week in ICT club we learnt how to enable comments on our Wikipedia page.

Everyone then left a comment on each others wiki page. 

We also discussed the importance of been kind and respectful to others when been online.

A lovely afternoon in the library for class 14, where Mr Waters read us a story all about Harriet Tubman. 

Harriet’s story shows us how strong she was and why she inspired so many people to stop slavery.

The children enjoyed cracking codes in semaphore and create their own codes for their friends to crack.

We have been improving our Wikipedia pages this week in ICT club.

Everyone has successfully created an external website link and also chosen a 'featured' image for their page.
