In observance of Remembrance Day, year 6 have created some art work to show our respect.
The children picked a Remembrance Day picture, and cut it into pieces. They then filled in the missing gaps with their own drawings.

Most children in class 12 have embraced wearing odd socks today (as well as Mr Horsey and Miss Breslin) during anti-bullying week.
They are wearing their odd socks to celebrate the diversity, acceptance and inclusion across our multicultural school.

Class 12 have been working hard in groups to choreograph a dance routines.
We gave discussed rhythm and beats to keep in time with the music. They have also looked at making sure we include a variety of actions and dynamics.

Class 13 made a beautiful piece of artwork as we thought about Remembrance Day and what it means to people all over the world.

Year 2 (Class 6) - History - Skipton Castle School Trip
Class 6 had an amazing time at Skipton Castle or (sheep town castle) as it was formally known.
We learnt all about the history of the castle, from the Clifford Family who were the Lord and Lady who lived in it, to Mr Mason, Mr Cook, Mr Carpenter who helped build and work in the castle.
