Year 2 (Class 6) - PSHE - This is My Place
Class 6 have been thinking about their mental health this week. The theme has been this is my place.

Year 3 (Class 8) - Art - Book in a Box Competition
Everybody in class 8 was very impressed with our first book in the box challenge entry.

Year 6 (Class 16) - Music - La Bamba
Class 16 have learnt to play along to the song La Bamba using their recorders.
They have done a brilliant job, well done class 16.
Year 6 (Class 16) - P.E - Fitness Session
On Fridays, class 16 have coaches teach them from Leeds Beckett.
They have had a fitness session in their pj’s today (as it’s pj’s for charity day) they completed some circuit training followed by a fun and competitive game of dodgeball.

Year 4 (Class 10) - English - Performance Poetry
Class 10 have worked hard this week writing their animal poems.
They performed them today and did really well, well done class 10!

On Wednesday class 8 had a brilliant time stepping back in history for our exciting Roman Day.

Year 3 (Class 8) - Computing - iMovie Viking Presentations
This half term, we have been working really hard on making presentations all about the things we have learnt on the Romans.
We used iMovie to create presentations with backgrounds using green screen.
We are really proud of how they have turned out!
Year 5 (Class 12) - History - The Vikings Research
Today in history class 12 discussed what we have found out about The Vikings from primary and secondary sources.
They then came up with 3 main points using a consensus circle.
Year 4 (Class 10) - Drama Workshop
Class 10 have taken part in a drama workshop today where they learnt about the emperors new clothes.
They learnt about the different characters and acted out the scenes as groups.
Year 6 (Class 16) - Art - Plastic Polution
This half term, we have been learning about plastic pollution.
Each child has picked a sea animal, that is vulnerable and affected by plastic pollution. We have then been using reusable plastic to make these animals in our art lessons.
