This week, we discussed homelessness. 

We spoke about what is important to us, what is essential to living and what is not important. 

Children then gathered their ideas and we used a traverse to explain our ideas.

Class 3 are really enjoying mindfulness when they come in from dinner time. 

Here we are doing the body scanner to help us to calm down and notice how our body feels. 

Today in computing class 11 worked in pairs fixing multithread bugs on scratch.

The children loved their first trip to Clip n Climb. 

They grew in confidence throughout the session and some pupils manage to get to the top of the walls. Well done.

Class 12 won 3 trophies in celebration assembly this week. 

The first time this has happened- 3 extra breaks for the children!

Class 3 and 4 have enjoyed learning all about bonfire night.

They made up their own bonfire night poems and performed them for each other.

This week, Class 16 have been learning about hydro-electric power. 

They have researched into the three gorges dam in China. The class was split into 2. Some children looked at the advantage of the three gorges dam, and some children looked at the disadvantages. We then came back together and…

Class 14 have had a wonderful morning in the sun at Middleton Bike park.

They were able to go onto the BMX track and set off form the start gate.
