In PSHE, we looked at reasons why it’s important to keep ourselves clean and we looked at different ways we can do this, such as brushing our teeth and washing our faces using face wash.

Year 6 had a special visitor to celebrate efforts during SATs Week.
A big thank-you to ‘Vision For Education’ for arranging the visit of an ice cream van to the school.
Children loved having an ice lollies/ice cream!

Today we worked out whether a circuit was complete and would light a bulb.
We made them up and identified what the problem was if the bulb did not light. We drew diagrams for each one.

Today we worked out if a bulb would light up by building circuits to match pictures.
We drew circuit diagrams of each one using scientific symbols and explained why the bulb would or would not light.
