Year 6 (Class 16) - Computing - Scratch Programming
Class 16 have been working using Scratch to create a program to carry out an algorithm involving money and change.
Children looked at creating different variables and Mr Needham was very impressed with the dedication displayed.

Year 6 (Class 14) - PSHE - Mindmate Mental Health Workshop
This week the year 6 children in class 14 have taken part in a Mindmate mental health workshop called Flippin your lid.
The workshop looked at how to recognise, process and deal with negative emotions. They were taught numerous strategies to help calm down.

Wednesday 13th November was World Kindness Day to celebrate this class 14 created a kindness paper chain with acts of kindness written on it.
This links perfectly to our school attribute this half-term of compassion.
