Year 6 (Class 16) - Science - Our Circulatory System Models
This week, we finished our model of the circulatory system.
We then used our oracy skills to present to the rest of the class.
We explained in detail using technical language, how the circulatory system works, and then we gave feedback to each group.

Class 16 have been learning about Sikhism and the items that are important to them.
We had a box of different items and had to decide what they are and where they are worn.

In science this week class 14 have started to make their own models to represent the circulatory system.
The straws represent the wind pipe and the bags the lungs. The red and blue card represent the oxygenated and deoxygenated parts of the heart.

Year 6 - Computing Club - Lego Mindstorm Robots
It was our first week in computing club, we are using the Lego Mindstorm kits to build a robot.
Once they have been built, we can use Lego software to make them move and speak!

In PSHE, we have continued our topic on alcohol and drugs.
This week, the children came up with their own drug related scenario and came up with ideas on how they would lower the risk of the situation.
