Class 3 and 4 have been learning all about Arthur France, the founder of the Leeds West Indian Carnival, as part of Black History Month.

Class 12 worked hard thinking about how to ‘Step up to racism’.
We thought about how multicultural our class is and how we would want to be treated and how to treat others. We also thought about what we would do if we saw Anton be being raciest towards others.

Year 1 (Class 4) - P.E - Hopping & Skipping
Class 4 have been practising jumping, skipping and hopping in their PE lessons this half term.
Today we worked hard to practise skipping using our skipping ropes.
Year 2 (Class 5) - Kinds & Queens Day
Class five have had a fantastic day acting as kings, queens, knights and soldiers.
We made our own crowns, shields and swords. We then had a fashion show to show off our fantastic outfits.
