Year 6 - Computing Club - Micro:Bits
In computing club we are now experimenting with Micro:Bits.
We are using #makecode to program them.
This week everyone progressed really well and made either a dice or rock, paper, scissors game.

In science this week, we investigated reflections.
Children used mirrors to describe how objects reflect, and how we see our own reflections.

Class 16 have enjoyed learning the song happy and even added their own actions.

Year 3 (Class 8) - Commando Joe's - Escaping Gladiator Training School
Today we developed our communication and teamwork skills by trying to escape from gladiator training school!
We worked in teams to try and get past the Roman soldiers.
Year 3 (Class 8) - PSHE - Differences Bingo
Today we played differences bingo.
We spent time finding out what differences we have between us all in class.
We discussed our differences and how they could be celebrated.
Year 4 (Class 11) - Science - Shadow Sizes
Today we carried out our investigations into shadow size.
We found that shadows got bigger when the object was closer to light source because it is blocking more of the light.
We recorded our results and made our conclusions.
Year 6 (Class 14) - Art - Art at Home Work
A member of class 14 enjoyed taking home class 14’s Art at Home folder and produced some two pieces of excellent art work.
