Class 3 really enjoyed their commando joes session today.
They had to find a way to cross a river without falling in.

Year 4 (Class 10) - Science - Animal Ears
Class 10 have been testing out animal ears on the playground. Firstly, we made cones to represent differently sized animal ears.
We then took our animal ears and stood 2m, 5m and 10m away from our partner who made a noise to see which ear helped us to hear most clearly.

Year 5 (Class 13) - Art - Stencils
Class 13 have learnt a new skill in art. We have learnt how to make a basic stencil a skill that they will use in their Banksy art.
They had lots of fun creating their own stencils. A few children even mastered making a positive and negative image.

Class 11 have enjoyed learning about how the government works and about the decisions they have to make.
They have worked in groups to persuade the PM why each area of the government deserves more money.
They presented their arguments for a class vote.

This week nursery children have been looking at different families and patterns in nursery.

Year 4 (Class 11) - English - Author Visit
Class 11’s first trip into the newly opened school library was introduced by best selling author James Nicol.
