Class 5 were very excited to have a visit from some firefighters.

We thought of lots of different questions for the firefighters and learned lots about their job. We were then shown the fire engine and all of their equipment.

They then gave us a demonstration of their hose.

Nursery - Ducklings

We had 5 eggs delivered a few weeks ago. We kept them in an incubator.

We did not have to wait long as on Wednesday five of the eggs cracked and we observed 5 beautiful ducklings hatching. Unfortunately, one duckling was poorly so it had to go back to mummy duck for cuddles.
